Red Bull Features Cup brings some of the world’s most creative snowboarders together for a unique, team-based showdown at Oppdal Ski Center in Norway. The riders will arrive at the venue and start training on March 22-23, 2026, and the competition days are March 24-25, 2026.
Three regional teams — North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific — go head-to-head across a custom-built park packed with massive features and creative challenges.
This event is not about the biggest spin or the most technical combo. It is about style, flow, creativity, and how riders showcase their skills on features built specifically for this one-of-a-kind contest. Expect tricks that tap into what snowboarding is all about, with plenty of personality in every session.
How It Works
Three regional teams — North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific — compete across four different zones:
-
Jump & Knuckle
-
Banked Slalom
-
Rail Garden
-
QP & Hip
All riders move through the course together in a jam-style format, spending two hours in each zone. Every section is designed to test a different side of snowboarding, from technical rail riding to creative transition tricks to all-out style.
The team that performs best in each zone wins that section. The team with the most zone wins at the end of the day is crowned Red Bull Features Cup champion.
The Zones
Zone 1 — Jump & Knuckle
Big air meets creative expression, with riders judged on style, trick choice, and how they use both the jump and the knuckle.
Zone 2 — Banked Slalom
A speed-and-style section where flow, line choice, and control matter just as much as quickness.
Zone 3 — Rail Garden
Technical riding, creativity, and personal style take center stage through a custom rail zone.
Zone 4 — QP & Hip
A transition-heavy section built to reward riders who know how to mix style, power, and originality.
