Launched in 2017 by Jess Kimura—one of the most influential snowboarders of the past decade—The Uninvited began as a self-produced, award-winning film trilogy created to challenge the gender disparity in action sports. Frustrated by the lack of opportunities for women, girls, and non-binary snowboarders, Jess set out to spotlight the abundance of talent the industry had long overlooked.

Now, The Uninvited has evolved into a competition series in which these riders are not just a subcategory but the main event. This platform empowers athletes to surpass expectations and rewrite the narrative for generations to come.
